The Terms of Use prepared by NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION and all content made available through its website is in compliance with the Brazilian Federal Constitution, the “Internet Civil milestone” and the General Law of Data Protection ("LGPD"). The website is protected by the laws of Copyright, Industrial Property Law, Software and Domain Registration.

These Terms of Use are complemented by our Privacy Policy, also available on the website of NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION. The instruments were elaborated with the intention of making the website content available in a safe manner, making it possible for the user to access and use the information provided[DMR1] .
