This Privacy Policy contains the rules adopted by NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION regarding the privacy and use of the personal data of users who browse and/or register on our website, that is, how the data are collected, how it is stored and used, in accordance with the legislation in force, especially the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Civil Code, “Internet Civil milestone” and the General Law for Data Protection ("LGPD").

NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION respects its users and therefore has a serious commitment to transparency, reliability and preservation of the privacy of those who browse and/or register on our website.
At the end of reading this Privacy Policy, which complements the Terms of Use, if you continue to browse our website you will accept the terms and conditions contained in these instruments, as well as any updates we may make, being subject to the rules presented and updated.

In order to guarantee the protection of our users' data and privacy, any information and data collected will be protected by a security system, regardless of how the data is collected. The data shall be handled exclusively by the NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION and shall not be shared, except upon judicial determination or by a public administration body with competence for such. 

NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION is committed to the Internet security, in accordance with the Law, and does not send unsolicited electronic messages. Messages with contents of interest to the user and related to information about the NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION, the Program for Development and Growth Integrated with Sustainability ("PDCIS") and about the performance of the institutions that integrate such program, sent by our institution or by a company contracted for this purpose, are not considered as such. 

Messages may be sent to the user about programs and projects of the NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION, provided the user has authorized the sending. 
NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION shall not be held responsible for possible exposure of its programs and projects on search sites such as Google, especially when this is done independently, without a contract with the institution.

If NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION fails to enforce any clause of this Policy, this shall not be considered a waiver of the pertinent right.

If any clause of this Policy is considered illicit, null or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be considered independent and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.

In accordance with the LGPD, you have the right to manage, change, limit, delete, access, correct and port your data, as well as to confirm that your data has been processed. At any time, the user may decide to receive or cancel the messages with information about programs and projects of the NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION. NORBERTO ODEBRECHT FOUNDATION reserves the right to collect, use, retain and share data when it believes in good faith that this is necessary to: i) act as required by applicable law or in legal or administrative proceedings; ii) enforce our Terms and other applicable terms and policies, including in investigations of potential violations; iii) detect, investigate, prevent and resolve fraudulent and illicit activities or security or technical issues; or iv) protect the rights and safety of our users.
